Two years of experience as an Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant, Secretary or similar role is a requirement. Mindset, attitude, and professionalism matter most.

Do I need to live in a specific city?

No. Our model is fully remote. You can live anywhere in Brazil, as long as you have stable, reliable, fast internet and a professional workspace.

Is the training paid or free?

Accepted Answer

The EA Brazil Training & Certification Program is a professional qualification course offered free of charge to selected EAs. Graduates become certified and eligible for international job placements.

How long is the training and what does it include?

The program lasts one week, combining live mentorship, practical tasks, and real-world simulations. You’ll learn leadership communication, global business etiquette, digital tools (Google Workspace, Slack, Notion), and AI productivity systems. Graduates receive the EA Brazil Certification.

You’ll never be alone. During your first 30 days, our Onboarding Excellence Team supports both you and your CEO, ensuring smooth adaptation and communication. After that, you’ll have access to continuous mentorship and performance feedback.

Can I work with more than one client?

Yes — depending on your availability and agreement. Some assistants work full-time with one CEO, while others collaborate with two or three leaders in part-time formats (Fractional EA).
